Sujit, a passionate sourdough bread baker and wood fired oven enthusiast, has been running sourdough workshops across India for 2 years now. These hands-on workshops, sell out months in advance and are attended by home bakers and professionals alike. He loves working with home milled whole grain flour blends and is always experimenting with diverse local ingredients and flavours. His bakes are characterised by texture and flavour and of course nutrition. He is India's most talked about and written about sourdough baker.
